James Bond Crossbow Pistol ???

I just saw this pistol crossbow on ebay and was wondering if it truly is a Bond collectible or what??? The guy shows a movie poster of FYEO. I think I recall seeing it in the movie....anybody? Whatever the case it's a damn sweet looking toy.

Definitely NOT a Bond item. There were two types of Barnett crossbow featured in FYEO and this was neither.
