I got it at Target, if memory serves, a few years ago. It is kind of similar to the Louis Paulsen PH3/2 lamp used in M's office, but over a $1000 less expensive. The lamp is a touch sensitive lamp and the switch recently failed prompting me to see if I could find a replacement, but they don't seem to be available any more, or at least I couldn't find one, so I disassembled and repaired this one. Sorry I couldn't point you to a source.
