Technically correct phrase for MI6 mission

I am planning a Bond adventure for my husband, and I'd like your advice on something. Some background: This is the third time I've done this. Each time, I script a 007 assignment for him, hire a guy to be M, film him giving Bond the assignment, and then hire a sexy girl as a limo driver, have her commandeer my guy, put him in the backseat of a limo (where I am waiting, dressed as his accompanying double agent), and have the driver whisk him off from his office to the airport while she inserts the VCR of M into the limo player and launches the assignment. Everyone he encounters along the way addresses him as Commander Bond, properly prepares his martini, serves the correct Champagne, etc. You get the idea. Fun times, and a great way to keep a long-term marriage interesting.
This year, since VCRs are now rather antiquated, I am planning to put the mission on an iPod Touch instead, have it delivered to him, and have the courier launch the video file. I plan to engrave the iPod and would like your advice on the technically correct way to phrase this. I was thinking of a two-line inscription, with the first line reading
To: 007 From: M
and the second line reading
Eyes Only
And that's my question. Even though For Your Eyes Only is a film title, I think Eyes Only is more correct in this context. I think that would be the way MI6 would type it on a confidential memo. Would you agree, or do you think I should use For Your Eyes Only?
Many thanks for your feedback!

Oh, I don't know. The phrase is shown to be For Your Eyes Only in the film, when Bond acceses a paper folder, but it's not used in any other films as far as I know, though there's a similar scene with a folder in The World Is Not Enough, after the pts.
EDIT: Wow, three years since your last post!
Roger Moore 1927-2017
If the entire phrase is shown on a document in the film, that's good enough for me. Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't recall that shot. I will need to watch FYEO again this week.:)
"Strictly Confidential - For Your Eyes Only" comes closest to what I've seen, but that's a bit long. "Eyes Only" sounds a bit ambiguous to me, and engraving the film title, especially if he's a Moore fan, would be a nice touch.
Wardrobing is still working on that. In past adventures, I have assumed a variety of Bond girl looks. Born a brunette, I've been blond and redhead in these missions, and have worn fabulous Bond girl outfits. Always open to suggestions. This adventure will be in Barcelona.
My gut reaction is 'For Your Eyes Only' (known as the acronym FYEO, which would look even better on the ipod IMO) - however my father would know... but I am currently away - and I don't get back home 'till Tuesday - is this too late?
How exciting..... now if only my BF could do the same for me...... (with a DC lookalike ) )
Thanks, Lexi. I must order this today. Good luck on the DC strategy.
is "eyes only". Otherwise the long version.
S/UCC (Translated as: Secret Unclassified Content. This will stay with the recipient but remain in department. Snippets can be shared to analyse data.)
SE/S (Security Sensitive - will be security classified and rated according to threat. Recently changed to traffic light style colour system.)
M/S (Military Secret - will be shared with Ministry of Defence - in most cases will have originated through MOD)
FYEO - For Your Eyes Only - A film starring Roger Moore! Although the classification at the top gets as close as this meaning.
Hope this helps. BTW - you really know how to keep your man happy. Congrats. -{
