Kids TV Bond style shows

I've been watching Special Agent Oso with my three-year-old daughter. He's a bear that works for an intelligence agency which helps kids do tasks they can't manage. Kid can't do hopscotch - is picked up by satellite, mission relayed to Oso (who is thick as sh*t and ends up being shown by said kid), and within three steps the kid completes the task. Oso uses Bond-style gadgets, jet-packs, helicopters etc. The interesting part is the pre-title sequence and then the Bond-style music and graphics. Each mission has a Bond title like "Try Another Day" or "Licence to Chill". I just thought the Bond angle was interesting - and it gets me watching a whole lot better the Dora The Explorer! :#

Does anyone remember Dangermouse? That was very Bond-like and I used to watch it as a kid.

I know of one cartoon series that's very pink and retro with secret agents working as a team, they all have big noses and work up against some Dr Evil type villain. Never found out what it was called though. They had a boss who looked like an older Sean Connery and had a James Mason type voice.

Dangermouse was a bona fide classic!

The actual Bond kids series has to be James Bond Jnr though. I was already in my teens when ITV showed it, but it was funny and entertaining. - Ms Fortune was a kind of evil Lady Penelope, and the double act of Jaws and Nic-Nac was both funny and in an odd kind of way, respectful to the characters from the films. Goldiefiunger and Barbella less so, but you can't have everything.
Hey! Maybe the films could introduce a (realistic) take on IQ!
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

Yeh, Oliver liked this when he watched the Disney Channel too (he's now moved to cartoon network - so Ben 10, Star Wars etc...) I remember this programme, thinking exactly the same as you - as in, the maker of this series is obviously a major Bond fan. The music especially....

As for Danger Mouse - well that was just classic. David Jason and Terry Scott were superb, and their narration made the show.

Ah, Danger Mouse. Certainly one of the best kids programs to come out of the UK. Another great kids program which I watched as a child that could've included references to the Bond films was Inspector Gadget - Those scenes with Dr. Claw and his cat certainly remind me of the earlier films starring Blofield in where we can't see him with the exception of his hands stroking his moggy.
