007 Sunglasses for the budget minded Bond

For all those Bonds on a tight budget I've found a site in the UK called 'THE MOVIE SHOP' that sells what they call the JAMES BOND STYLE SUNGLASSES.

SOLACE STYLE $35.00
ROYALE STYLE $24.00
BROSNAN GOLDEN STYLE $23.00
THUNDERBALL STYLE $23.00

I figured as much. I once purchased TWINE glasses from a site like this, and not only did they NOT fit my fat face, but they were flimsy and cheap, also. I'd be interested to see a pic of them in person, but not if they're like you describe.{[]

I doubt this information is of any use to anyone, but if anyone was looking at buying these it could save a few pounds.

The Brosnan and Connery style glasses are almost certainly produced by a company called "Chaos Brothers" (I have the Brosnan ones with clear lenses for costuming purposes) and can be found for about £8 in some shops such as Pulp and Topman.

I still think these sunglasses are the best TF 108 budget alternative: http://www.sunglasswarehouse.com/james-bond-sunglasses.html

They come in a nice silver frame with black lenses variant, but it's currently sold out.

This Steve Madden pair also looks promising: http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=455617

I own a pair of the Sunglass-Warehouse variety, they are still going strong. Compared to the originals, they DO feel cheaper, however. The Movie Shop model seems to ridge out at the end-piece, making them look a little more like the Tom Ford's. What would sell it for me is the material used. If they're metal then I'd rate them higher than the replica pair I already own.

I'll buy a pair tomorrow and review when they arrive.
