From today (June 8th, 2011) I will be working full time on MovieMemories.com AND Bondposters.com until September 2nd, 2011.
I am overhauling ALL prices on MovieMemories.com and uploading new items each day.

I have many non-Bond items available.
I will also be uploading Bond posters very soon!

My prices are good.
I price to sell.

I will also try to accommodate ALL forum members where & when possible with respect to any potential multiple purchases, but you MUST tell me who you are, which forum you are from as well as your forum name, BEFORE making a purchase.

I know these aren't Bond posters, and most people here won't care a whole lot for non-Bond items, however, it gives you an idea of some of the non-Bond items I am uploading ... I will be uploading Bond posters for sale very soon.

I appreciate the posters as a poster collector for the artwork. As you may well know once you begin collecting in a certain area, you have a tendancy to broaden your scope of collecting. So aside from Bond posters I also have Indy Posters, Jack Ryan Posters, Mission Impossible posters etc. along with some magic posters, WWII Merchant Marine recruiting posters and cruise ship posters from the golden age of travel. I allways liked the Risky Business poster and it was responsible for the explosion in Ray Ban Wayfarer sales back in the 80's.

Hey DG,

Don't I know it!
The artwork on some posters is truly superb!

It's quite a wrench letting these posters and others go, especially the Grease US One Sheet Teaser and the Risky Business US One Sheet!

Have you photographs of the cruise ships?
Do you just collect ship posters, or travel posters?
Either way, some are magnificent - one area I love, like horror, but won't collect properly because I would never want them to take over Bond which is what would happen!

Mostly I collect travel posters related to cruise ships. However if a particular poster strikes my fancy that has nothing to do with the sea, I'll buy it. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures as yet of the cruise ship posters. Whenever I photogragh my Bond posters, it's a big process. I have to insure that the surface I'm using is free from extraneous debris that might have a deleterious effect on the posters. Oils on the fingers are another problem. However, I've been collecting posters for a long time and have many posters and many books on the subject. I was very good at drawing and painting in my younger days and have a love of art and sculpture, so poster collecting is an extension of my artistic side. I learned early however that artists often starve, which s why I became a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer and went to sea. I travelled extensively and saw the world. I was attracted to the money, the romance, the self sufficiency and the tough guy image of being a seamen. Action and adventure!

For the posters, I will usually only entertain offers on multiple purchases due to my good prices, but for the toys & die-cast I will look at any offers from any forum member on both single AND multiple purchases.

Yes, I've had some adventures and am fortunate to continue to be able to lead an adventurous life in my present work. Although getting married and having kids has been an adventure all its own. I also maintan my license as a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer having just renewed it for another 5 years. Perhaps when I retire, I"ll go back to sea. You never know.

As for the posters, yes, I've been meaning to photograph some more of my Bond collection. So I may sneak in the odd "other area" poster while doing it.
