Quality undershirt (CR Madagascar, for example)

As big a fan of Under Armour that I am, I would still prefer a breatheable cotton-based undershirt for work. The undershirts used in the Madagascar chase and Miami International Airport are different (the latter being Sunspel, I believe) are two that I do not have.

What is recommended for "on a budget" types?

    These are my solution for the CR Sunspel tees on a budget. They're dirt cheap, come in a variety of colours, & are great quality, especially for the price. I've had several for about 2 years now, & they're still holding up fine with regular wear.

    I always wanted a close copy of the shirt replete with arm stripes. My understanding was that Indy Magnoli punted and was not interested for whatever reason. Can't we find some enterprising Bondphile who can provide a fairly accurate copy. Come on fellas, step up to the plate and make it so!

    I own the old navy ones as well as the sunspel. I'm in good shape but I want a shirt that "hugs" the biceps better like DC. Any thoughts or shirt recommendations? Maybe steroids are the answer. Haha! :))

    Target's Mossimo t shirts are fitted cuts and it cuts tighter than most shirts on my arms and is an overall flattering shirt cut. I'm not in particularly nice shape, but I can tell it is meant to be extra nice for a healthier shape and it is still good looking on me. It is my favorite cut I have ever had even compared with $35 shirts I used to use most of the time. The material isn't quite as nice as those, but it isn't obviously worse.

    No Paul, not an idiot. This reminds me of a qoute that was drilled into me when I took some specialized training in Virginia. The quote is taken from a speach by Teddy Roosevelt given at the Sorbonne, Paris, France on April 23, 1910:

    "It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."

    I just picked up 2 of the grey Mossimo t shirts at Target for $7.99 a piece. I LOVE THEM! Exactly the fit I was looking for. Might be going back for more. Thanks to this forum for all the help!
