  In a deleted scene on the DVD, it's made clear that the villain's profile shows he is a sufferer from vertigo. As Bond's 00 license is new, and he feels a bit nervous, he hoping he can get the bomber to wobble as he goes further up, so he will fall and not have to actually do the killing himself. However, in the final edit it was thought that this might make Craig's Bond a bit of a wuss, so they cut it.
