  Not entirely sure what you are asking but the correct term would be "Licence to Kill".

  I've seen one sheets with both spellings. Which spelling makes for a rare poster? I'm guessing License was the later one-sheet but I don't know quantities...

  I presume "License" would only be used for the US market, as that's the usual American-English way of spelling the noun.
  
  Don't know if that necessarily makes it a rarer poster format, though.
