  In the UK it's Illegal as well as it's "Destroying/defacing an Image of the Monarch" or some such old law. It's up there with a Pregnant woman being allowed to have a Pee in a Police man's helmet. Also it's illegal to have a Pee in the street, Unless you have a dog on a lead,Then it becomes legal. As you have to retain control of the dog. )
