Meeting my ”big Bruv” Peter
I had planned a trip to England to meet Peter (danjaq_0ff) since we started to talk via AJB.
On July 14th I finally stepped to plane and journey via London Heathrow had started.
He lives approx. 130 Miles northeast from London in a very nice countryside village near
King's Lynn and Watlington.
I took train from London King's Cross station to Watlington and Peter picked me up from the Station.
”Being part of the family for one week”
For the very first moment i arrived, i felt i had arrived home, my second home. I had very nice time there and i got to meet all family members including the dogs. We had lots of to talk about and actually Peter is our lil' baby girl godparent.
It was amazing experience and feeling being part of the family for the whole week, even the dogs loved me. Despite the language barrier our communication went smoothly – even with the dogs too. LMAO
In all honesty i gotta say i have now finally met my ”big brother” funny and loveable guy who is really what he says and lots of more. He has really nice family and it really brought a tears to my eyes when i noticed that week went so fast.
Oh, i almost totally forgot that i got to meet Peters friends and on this weeks Tuesday we had a special guest arriving there in the evening, i got to meet Jeff in person (minigeff). He's very nice guy and really talented chap – he adviced me with some prop questions and I finally got my own ”Maggie” - Breathing device from Thunderball, most accurate ever made – Thank you Peter and Jeff!!!
”Foods that i will never forget”
Peter made some fantastic burgers at his nice garden and we went eat outside more than once, but above all that – best food i had was a Sunday roast with roasted potatoes, mash, Yorkshire pudding, carrots etc. - Yummy and it was made by Pete's lovely Wife -{
Don't worry Bruv, i loved ya BBQ burgers and those huge steaks as well :x
will upload some pics soon -{
