Can anyone tell me the nameof the actress who played the Jag Driver in the 1967 film version of Casino Royale?. She is pursuing David Niven in her car, but unfortunately she comes to a sticky end when a milkfloat smashes into her car, and explodes.

Also i would be grateful if anyone could let me know where i could purchase an 8x10 photo of Anouska Hempel,
