disaster has ensued.

my beloved 4th gen autoart 1:18 db5 has taken a battering during a recent house move.

rear wheel pinged off, both doors loose, one door the paint has crackled (christ knows why or how as its not been in the sun or anything) and an rear over-rider looks about as loose as compo's teeth.

does anyone know of any restorers or anywhere i can get spare autoart parts?

cheers guys. im hoping this is something i can take care of as lets face it, this is fairly expensive rocking horse $hit to find these days.

ta,

i'm waiting back on one place, but i've only just emailled them.

the idea is that if i can get the spare parts then i can strip the db5 down to parts, respray the shell along with the new doors to get a colour match and then rebuild it up. but, and its a big but, its all down to if it will come apart in the first place.

the dbs models i did ages back came apart fairly easy but they were ertl, as i understand it, autoart stuff is put together more permanently. :#

I have stripped the 1:18 AA Lotus TurboEsprit for a respray and it was quite straightforward...
