iPod to PC or Mac

I don't know if I'm the only one here that experienced this problem, but I though I would just share with you my experience so that someone who needs the info will later search it.

I wanted to transfer my music from my iPod Touch to my computer, either Mac or PC.

At first, I tried Yamipod and Sharepod, which would be great, except they don't recognize the iPod Touch and some other models. So what I suggest is that you download Senuti, which is a paying software, except they give you 30 days and 1000 songs, which was enough for me, for free.

So my final recommendation, if you iPod is not compatible with Sharepod and Yamipod, is to use Senuti, which is really like EASY to use. Very well made.

Surely you can just use i-tunes library? It's totally free, and everytime you connect your ipod to your computer, you can then sync it - so any new music from your ipod/touch then get's transferred, and vica versa.

The problem is when you lost your music on your computer, or (in my case) you gave your iPod to someone so that he can put his music on it, and then you want to transfer the music on the iPod to your computer. iTunes doesn't do that.
