  If you constantly monitor eBay you will eventually find a pair of TF108 19Vs for a decent price however you have to have patience and like I say do a fair bit of monitoring. I was going to buy them for a hefty price but came across a pair for £220 and then maybe 2 months ago I struck gold and found a german eyewear seller on eBay list a new pair for £140 which I snapped up. Unfortunately I sold my spare pair to fund my Oliver Peoples Airman purchase (which are in fact actually better glasses in my opinion in every way)
