Golden Gun - how it works?

Lately I have been reconsidering building a homemade GG and I have always had a problem understanding how the bottom of the cigarette lighter engages into the top of the cigarette case (once the lid is exposed). I've thought about maybe using magnets or something similar. For those of you who have SDs or FE golden guns, how does it work? Any pics or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

    oh ffs not another one.

    its a T slot fitting i believe.

try using ajb's search page, google and look on youtube.

you'll find pics and vids all over, and it'll save us going over the same ground for about the 78th time.

ps, why not make it work so it fires .50 rounds? i recommend cz121 brass, should stand the pressures.

As minigeff said, on the FE GG a T-piece on the open top of the cigarette case will slide into the slot of the lighter.

YES, well worth the million $$, but knowing Special Operations Teams it must have been a double-tap.

seal team 6 kill their enemies by throwing plumbing components at them? thats hardcore.

i'd just go with shooting them twice in rapid succession.

Back in 1969 while I was with the Special Forces at Ft. Bragg we were being trained in the concept of plumbing components as silent lethal weapons.

Of course DELTA FAUCETS were the recommended brand.
Experts of this technique were to later form the basis for the DELTA FORCE.

    Now that's HARDCORE!

Apparently this is a somewhat unpopular question on here.... LOL.

I am in the process of drawing this up. I have been kindly sent some plans from three very reliable sources, but cannot forward these on as I have been sworn to secrecy.

Drop me a private message, and I will try to point you in the right direction. I have a few hundred images of the gun and components now, including screen prop, SD replicas and the like.

Id be happy to assist where I can, without breaking previous promises to my support team!
