  Daniel Craig's shirt is light blue poplin with a tall spread collar and double cuffs. The tie is a basket weave pattern in blue and white. The shoes are black plain-toe 2-eyelet derbies (John Lobb Luffield).

  Of course the original is better ...
  I see that there are cuff links, does anyone know what exactly?

  Most likely Brioni for shirt and St Dupont for cufflinks as this was what was used throughout Casino Royale except the casino shirt which of course if the Turnbull & Asser

  The shirt was made by Brioni, not Turnbull & Asser. It shouldn't be hard to find a Brioni shirt in light blue poplin with a tall spread collar and double cuffs. But for a cheaper alternative, Charles Tyrwhitt has shirts that are closer. You want poplin, not twill. And Bond would never wear a non-iron shirt.
