Most of Omega's watches are not horological interesting, except for the Speedmaster. Rolex has more intrinsic quality from the fact that everything is made in-house. Some of their watches are useless also, but their classics are timeless.

Certainly looks like the Deville. Probably purely by coincidence, but on his ambassador page on the Omega website it's the watch that appears there too.
The Datejust has just been updated recently, the Daytona several times and the Submariners some years ago (except the non-date Sub 14060).
These watches have all been changed significantly, I doubt, that you can call them Classics anymore for that reason - however I could agree, that some ingredients (the 3155 movement, the Twin-Triplock crown and the case- and bracelet designs) are classic.
