Early Bond Sub Style Watch !! - Roland Kemmner make/model
Given the craze of the recent release of the MKii Kingston and its near impossibility of acquisition I offer a tempting offer to someone wanting the look of an early Bond big crown watch without the price or wait of trying to get a Kingston. The watch being offered is made by Roland Kemmner of Germany, and was released on a very limted basis last year. Please note this piece has had considerable esthetic modifications undertaken. They include a reworking of the color of the hour markers, gold plating the hour and second hands, fabricating a custom pearl at the twelve o clock, distressing the bezel, and even custom fitting a Rolex "big brevet crown" into the watch. I have a consdierable amount invested in this watch, however it doesn't get the wrist time deserving of what I consider a neat and fun piece. Please review the pictures and PM or email me (ferrissteve@yahoo.com) any questions that you might have.
Price is $625 - Sale includes watch with black leather strap (currently on watch), a Corvis RAF Bond style strap AND Overnight express shipping to anyone residing in the Continental US (Those in Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations outside the US will need to contact me prior.) Thank you.

Roland did a nice job creating this watch and Andy Schuren of Schuren Watches provided the customization. I'll miss this particular piece, but it doesn't get the wrist time it deserves.

Edit: My bad, you want to sell for lack of wrist time. 10-4.

Yeah, I know how it goes. I have a lot of watches that don't get a lot of wrist time. But every now and again I start jonesing for a particular watch and I'll wear it regularly until the next jones. The problem is that more often than not, I start jonesing for a watch I don't own. Good thing my wife is a CPA, she keeps me in the black.

I told myself no more watches for a while as I obtained a few too many... )
Good for you! But I'm sure it stings just a little bit. I know it would be hard for me to part with it.
