Ughhhh I think there is many depending on the movie… but lets start:
Dr. No – I would love to have a copy of Dr. No metal hands.
FRWL - the attaché case – top of the pop
GF – After trying a DB5 dammmm that is THE CAR
TB – jet pack
YOLT – little Nellie, safe cracker
OHMSS – Hummmm
DAF – Hummmm
LALD – Hummmm
TMWGG – Hummmm
TSWLM – Lotus
MR – Hummm
FYEO – Hummmm
OP – egggggg
AWTAK – Hummmm
TLD – Cello case and cello
LTK – Signatur gun
GE – Hummmmm
TMND – hummmmm
TWEN – hummmm
DAD – forget this movie
CR – heart starter
QOS – Hummmmm
Screen used Lotus Esprit Turbo (copper) (it was not really a Turbo in the movie, I know) from FYEO!
was it really not a turbo ?
didnt know that !
It's pretty sure, that it was Colin Chapman's personal car. The Turbo was not in production at the time of the shooting, so, they used a standard Esprit with a Turbo prototype bodykit.
Rumor also says, that the white and the copper Turbo have been the same car - a white one which has been later resprayed in copper metallic.
President of the 'Misty Eyes Club'.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!

I think I also have heard that they had problems as it was a “dull” car – so it was difficult to have it look like a real sportscar – indicating that it was not a turbo… but hey maybe Marcus knows more about this
even a standard Esprit has never been a "dull car" Their forumula was always less weight.
The Turbo however had the great additional punch - a real performer when the Turbo came!

Ere Micro, if you'd made that electrocuty box of tricks that there chimp would still be scratching his vegetables instead of scraping em off the ceiling!
RIP Cyd Cain, met him once at a JBIFC convention at Wembley Conference Centre. He had fantastic tales of the happenings on set in front and behind the camera.
Well, my holy grail is for some of you silly, but it is a picture of my daughter, in which he wrote,Me llamo Bond,James Bond, and we drew me and my wife as Mr. and Mrs. Bond.
But one thing I love about my collection, is a photo signed by Jeremy Bullock in 2010 in japan madrid weckend, I sent it to you see it

For me a Holy Grail item would be the screen used Walther PPK from The Living Daylights, or the PPK with Galco Falcon holster from Licence to Kill. Also I would gladly pay for Dalton's Tuxedo from The Living Daylights, or just about any costume Sean Connery wore on screen save for the blue robe from Goldfinger and most of his Diamonds are Forever outfits.

Nice mate, I have one of those when he came to Brazil a couple of years ago.
My grail would be a Thunderball illustration by Robert McGinnis or Jeff Marshall signed by Sean Connery. I was hoping that Connery would sign Marshall's Thunderball prints but that didn't happen. A new McGinnis Thunderball lithograph signed by Connery would be awesome. However, since Connery is retired and I've heard always had a problem with the money side of the Bond franchise, this grail will be difficult to acquire.
