Omega Seamaster App

Hi all, this is my first post, been looking at, and finding answers from this great site for years but never felt the need to post a topic until now.
I saw that there was an Omega watch app for the iphone, so searched the android marketplace to see if there was one for android mobiles, but instead while searching for omega, I came across this omega seamaster clock app instead, it's totally free and it comes in two sizes, the screenshot below is the larger watch.

I apologise in advance if this has been discussed before.
