Casino Royale (spoof) prop share with EON

I was watching the above on TV today and spotted an iconic prop that is shared with one of the 'real' movies. One clue is that one of our members has replicated this prop to a very high quality {[]

And with that I'll open it up to the floor........

I've always boycotted NSNA, I imagine it to be full of scenes of scantily clad birds running around benny hill and Connery having one hand on his bonce to keep the rug in place.

However, a fellow member has kindly given me a copy for Xmas so for the first time ever, guess what I'll be watching on Xmas eve....

In the "just like Harrods" scene, doesn't Q (NOT Ben Wishaw) show Sellers as Tremple a watch with a TV screen?

Doesn't Rog see something similar in the "Q's Indian workship" scene (nicely foreshadowing the current vogue for off-shoreing to Sub-Continental call-centres) in OCTOPUSSY?

Both crap, dreadful films, but it's funny how you sometimes can't get real **** out of your mind.

Sorry, Dave & Voituer, I believe that it is not a similar prop but the actual one given that the EON movie and CR(Spoof) were both made at Pinewood. So two good guesses but both wrong

Well there was a S&A attache case in box standard form in one scene.....and Ursula Andress of course...nice gadgets!

George sadly died this year, and is best known to bondfans for sir Hilary bray in OHMSS..

But I'm convinced this is him third left in CR67...
