While the new covers aren't amazing, I think they're better than the current blu-rays, which are all practically the same image because of how formulaic they are. At least these try to incorporate a bit of the personality/flavor of the film into them.
A Casino Royale/Quantum of Solace Blu-ray double pack is available to pre-order from Amazon with a release date of 1st October. No features are listed, so this may be a re-issue?

Still not a huge fan of this new cover art. Looks like the bottom three are new cover arts for DVD's (instead of blu-ray) In what kind of edition do they belong anyway? ?:) - I guess these are the disc's for the Bond 50 box sold seperatly. I also heared the Bond 50 box is going to be released on DVD as well... So, I guess these covers are the seperate versions from them?
It's as if they're trying to give the classic films a "modern feel" with the posters as if the movies were new in the theater. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but I think that's what they're going for.
Goldfinger and On Her Majesty's Secret Service look like magazine covers. The Man With The Golden Gun looks spiffy. Moonraker is classic Moore. The World Is Not Enough is badass and Goldeneye is the best one! The rest are terrible especially the one for For Your Eyes Only. It looks like the cover to a freaking Michael Bolton album!
Nice clips! I loved the "laughing villains" and the OHMSS theme playing over the "Bond Locations" clip. I wonder why there was no clip of Halle Berry in the "Bond Girls" preview. Maybe Jinx isn't one of the top Bond Girls in terms of character, but surely Ms. Berry ranks among the most beautiful Bond Girls, right? Anyway, I've pre-ordered my Blu-Ray collection and I can't wait to get it!
Is there a tentative date for the singles not already released? Also, the bottom three appear to be DVD covers, are they not coming to Blu anytime soon?

Re: Bond 50 Extras
CommanderBond.net has reported that almost all the extras (sans the the Mission Control based content) from the Ultimate Editions will be ported over.
However, the missing extras from Die Another Day's Special Edition (the 1st DVD release) are still missing. And that is A LOT of extras that weren't on the Ultimate Edition:
1)'Inside Die Another Day' featurette (77 mins)
2)'Shaken Not Stirred On Ice': a car chase documentary (23 mins)
3)'From Script To Screen': a Region 2 exclusive documentary (53 mins)
4)Mission Briefings: Intro and surfing / Hovercraft chase / Cube / Quatermaster / Ice palace / Car battle
5)'Evolution Of A Scene': storyboard to finished film comparison including the hovercraft chase, car battle, blades and Antonov fight
6)'Inter-Action Sequences': a multi-angle exploration of action sequences including the hovercraft chase and car battle
7)'Equipment Briefing': a series of 5 vignettes about gadgets and weapons from the film
8)Image database of over 250 stills including: Poster campaign / Cast portrait / Special shoot / Sets and locations / Stunts and special effects / Vehicles and gadgets
9)'Title Design': an inside look at the visual elements of the opening credits
10)'Digital Grading': before and after comparisons of digitally altered footage
11)2 teaser trailers
12)Theatrical trailer
13)James Bond Special Edition DVD trailer
14)TV spots
15)Madonna 'Die Another Day' music video (The worst offense. Seriously WTF?)
16)Making of Madonna’s Die Another Day music Video
17)Trailer for the '007: Nightfire' PS2 game
18)'The Making Of 007: Nightfire PS2 Game' featurette
I know Die Another Day was a huge disappointment, but I still hate that so many things were excluded. (One of the main selling points of the Ultimate Editions was that it was supposed to include "everything" on the past films.) Good thing I kept my 2nd disc from the set.
Also, 5 extras from Casino Royale: Collector's Edition (The Art of the Freerun, Catching a Plane: From Storyboard to Screen, Storyboard Sequence: Freerun Chase, Filmmaker Profiles and Bond Girls Are Forever) have been left off the re-release.
I'm still holding out hope that Quantum of Solace will be the "Collector's Edition" so to speak in terms of having more extras. Also,
Being Bond (NEW)--there's only one James Bond--but he's proven too much for only one actor to play the role. In the franchise's 50-year run, six distinguished actors have taken on the part and secured a spot in cinematic history. Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig each reflect on the impact and importance of taking on such a famous role. Gain insight into what each actor brought to the character and discover how they shaped the world's most timeless secret agent.
I'm hoping these are brand new interviews from the Bond actors especially Connery, but...I must be dreaming.
Roger Moore was on hand to set a digital timer on a golden briefcase containing the first copy of the Bond 50 Blu-ray collection before it embarks on a journey the length of Great Britain in an Aston Martin DBS, the car featured in Quantum of Solace. The car and Blu-ray box set is scheduled to start it's week long road trip on September 17 beginning from Eilean Donan Castle in the Scottish Highlands. The case is also scheduled to be carried by Britt Ekland, Shirley Eaton, Tania Mallet, Eunice Gayson, Richard Kiel, Lindy Hemming, Paul Weston and John Glen.

Hmm which one to watch first or do the whole lot in sequence ?:)
thats what i'll be doing
Oh my goodness. I thought that was just some AJB member posing with their collectibles.
That is Roger Moore?
I actually think that's a nice idea. It let's the actual 50th year movie be part of the collection.

Yikes, somebody must have run old Roger and his DBS off the road! I knew Daniel Craig should have been given this assignment!
