To those who like DC's style and clothes

I find its just as important to have a physique like Bond with the right clothes, i know that's easier said then done, but Craig obviously spends alot of time in the gym (with the help of some supplements and trainers) and it pays off. Craigs clothes look great because he looks great. his physique and angular, chiseled jawline (a necessity it seems to play James Bond) make him look the part.

They are great bits of kit - used them for a while to change my workouts now & again. TBH though I've found that literally gripping & re-gripping a pair of pretty heavy dumbells (say 42 KGs each side) for a length of time helps build forearm strength and shape.
There are a lot of supposed DC workouts on the net and I'm sceptical about most of them to say the least, as they don't appear to focus on larger compound moves. I'm glad that the Mantis posted the link to the GQ article, as this gives a great insight as to what was done. I'd definitely say that he hammered things like bench press, pull ups, Military press, deadlifts, squats, dips & bent over row, coupled with minimal isolations such as lateral raises & curls before filming CR. On top of this would be high intensity cardio sessions, rather than the steady state cardio that most tend to do in gyms, as this is better for fat loss. To be fair he had a strong base to work with (you can see this in Layer Cake) & I guess it helps when you've got a first class (& dare I say expensive!) PT beasting you.
I'd agree with the OP regarding his point about physique. Some have it, some don't & sadly it is as simple as that. I'm very broad in the shoulders and big in the chest (years of weight training & rugby), so whilst I'd love to take on some of the DC Bond ensembles, they just wouldn't work for me & my build. Therefore I use try to use his clothing as an influence and try to make adjustments to suit my physique that largely mirror "the look".
IMO diet and natural genetics play a huge role in your physique (it is often said that diet accounts for 70% of building the body you desire). You can beast yourself in the gym till the cows come home & you will of course see some gains / differences, however without getting the right nutrition at the right time with the right mix of good fats, proteins and good carbs it is nigh on impossible to get in shape. As they say, "a physique is made in the kitchen & not in the gym".
I rather like his boots, I have a similar pair from Kurt Geiger.
DC does sometimes dress in a questionable manner but I find nothing wrong with his tan boots.

The Riviera cut is indeed not originally intended for beer-bellied non-spies.

You tried them yet Mantis??
Im very intrigued!
Looking at that picture, he's really reduced his bodyfat %.
Reassure yourself with the fact that there's some cracking lighting and probably some enhancement in that photo of Dan, his hardwork in the gym notwithstanding.
Me, I'm going for the pasty, knackered Craig face. Night on the booze and you too can have that pink eyed, been left out in the cold wind look. -{
Christ, I miss the Brosnan days. There was a man so good-looking we could never hope to match, so we never bothered. Bloody average Dan has got us all killing ourselves!
