My quest for the perfect white shirt

I am looking for the perfect, QoS kind-of high collar white shirt - but not Tom Ford.

I tried Ralph Lauren (Black, Polo, Purple) but they are a bit weird. I had a Gucci one which is good but not exactly the same collar. I was lucky to find a YSL which is really nice, but it's long since discontinued.

I was going to try Hilditch and Key next. From the pictures on their website, Turnbull and Asser's collars are a bit too flat, not high enough.

Do you guys have ideas?

It would be nice if the shirt is not made in China. Good quality and provenance is important.

    It's pretty hard to get in Canada, and when you see stores that carry it, it's really hard to get something that you would like. But I hear it's great quality.

    Toutbrun, Sounds like what you're after is SO specific that it may not exist. If you can do it, you should just get the Tom Ford and have the real thing. Plus, you already have the ties, right? Then you'll be just like The Mantis and get the coat and suit next! :))

    Good Luck! :) -{

    I would go for the Tom Ford if you want the same collar shape.
    I have one the same style as in QoS and it's my favourite white shirt. It does have a beautiful collar shape....and a few other nice details in the construction that shout quality - not cheap of course!
    I've owned shirts from just about all of the shirtmakers on Jermyn St., some off the shelf and some made to measure; none of them have a collar that's really close to the TF.

    Looking for the same myself but not yet found one :( Looks like TF is the only option at present but the prices of their shirts are just silly... :s
    A sense of humour is no laughing matter!

    Way too expensive, but I think that it looks like the collar is somewhat high, like the TF one.
