What would Bond think of Bond?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but seems like a fun exercise:

What do you think each Bond would think of the Bond that followed him if they were forced to work together? In other words, what do think Connery's Bond would have thought of Lazenby's Bond? Or Moore's Bond of Dalton's?

I can't imagine they all would feel easy about the Bond's that followed them. The one right after you is your replacement, which is kind of tricky because you were good enough to be Bond a year or so before the new one, so you'll probably compare comments and support and change in attention. I'm sure any bitterness fades into respect once a Bond actor is accepting of his time for playing Bond, or even being fitting to still play Bond, has passed.

You mean the actor's or you mean an alternate reality of James Bond forming an opinion on a newer James Bond?

I'll go the alternate reality route.

It would probably make for a hilarious buddy cop comedy pairing the Bonds with their predecessors in some kind of alternate 007/Bond code name universe. Old Bond breaking in the new Bond into the legacy .

Connery would laugh at Moore for his sometimes fancy less rugged ways, but admire his skills with the ladies. "Must be the hair" and several other hair jokes ensue.

And Moore would laugh at Dalton for trying so hard to convince everyone he's tough. Tell him he's doing it wrong, working too hard, needs to step up his game, even pay for some ladies if he has to.

Dalton would be envious of Brosnan coming on the scene as the cocky new Bond that made work look easy, while landing all the tail he wanted. Maybe one has an older sister for Dalton?

Brosnan wouldn't approve of Craigs scrappy no nonsense ways. Telling him to spend less time in the gym and more time having fun enjoying the perks of the job. Otherwise he'll end up like Dalton, the poor stiff that he had to replace.

This is exactly what I was thinking!
It would actually make for some decent comedy in my opinion.
Damn this thread makes me want this to have happened! :))

'Musht be the hair, too bad for him there is no matching rug.' Connery
'Bloody hell Tim! Loosen up, no one likes a desperate damsel!' Roger
'Jesus christ, not another one. First Roger, now Brosnan! When is it my turn?!' Dalton
'Afternoon GI JOE, still working out? Right then, I'm heading off for duty...' Brozzer

Mr. Beech: the alternate reality Bond, or if you like: the Bond as portrayed by one actor thinking about the Bond as portrayed by the next actor. I was inspired by that picture of the Bonds playing poker ...

    Buddy action comedy: love it!

:)) These could work for either alternate reality or reality! It almost sounds like the secret mental judgments the actors would make about their replacements. Asking themselves, "What's so good about this guy?"

Final scene, Connery's Bond with two ladies, while Lazenby has to make do with the porno mag he filched from the safe.

Connery (smugly, to Lazenby): 'This always happens to the other fellow!'
"This is where we leave you Mr Bond."

Lazenby: “This never happened to the other ....”
Connery cuts in: “SHUT UP! That’s the 30th time you’ve said that today! It did happen to the other fella, ME! I had an Aston Martin too. I also had my way with an ex-Avenger. Who are you? What did you do in life?
Lazenby (mumbles): “Well I was only in the best Bond movie ever.....”
Connery: “NO YOU WEREN’T! Everybody knows FRWL is the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be!”
Craig (in between 2 gulps of protein shake): “I kind of $%^^%$ like that %&^$% movie Casino Royale”
Other 5 Bonds: “OH SHUT UP BLONDIE!”
