A strange picture in Licence to Kill

Has anyone ever seen this frame?
While filming the explosion of trucks at the end of the movie, one of the cameras that were rolling, appeared this frame, a hand coming out from the explosion is rather curious, if not viewed from the angle of the camera that issued it, but comes in the bonus disc dvd license to kill

Mod note: I've removed the image and left the link to avoid potential copyright infringement with EON. Thanks for posting - darenhat

That stretch of road used for filming the tanker sequence had already been closed to the public because of a high accident rate. John Glen seems pretty convinced it was haunted. There were a number of strange occurrences. That included guards reporting seeing apparitions and when they challenged them they disappeared. Trucks moved mysteriously and apparently caught fire for no reason.
I saw the special edition dvd extra on Tuesday
I believe that road is called El Paso del Diablo, which I think means the devil's road or the devil's pass. I don't know if the name came before or after the crash but some people believe that is actually the hand of satan.
Nonetheless he was no match for 007.
