What is a 'jumpmaster' that apparantly featured in Die Another Day?

Is it a sort of commando troop?

    From my experience, US military a jumpmaster is a parachutist that is certified to conduct parachute jump training. Same in the civilian world?

    He's just a loadie. Someone who operates the cargo hold. They over- see safety etc. and make sure anyone jumping leaves when the light hits green.
