:)) Personally, I do love that hose ;)

I often wondered about the whole one hand to wipe, the other to eat with. As surely
you need to use both hands to Prepare food ? :D

I've been in countries that practice the eat-with-one/wipe-with-the-other thing and maybe it's because I wasn't born doing it that way, but the eating part is bloody difficult! Just try tearing off a small piece of naan, injera or anything similar with just one hand? Then, once you've done that, try scooping up some rice or whatever with just the one handed-piece of flat bread. I'm sure it can be mastered given time, but it's very tricky to anyone unaccustomed to such a task...and while surrounded by people who do it expertly!

The man who shot and killed a 14 year o!d Boy " Trayvon Martin" and didn't face
any charges for killing the unarmed and innocent kid. Has sold the gun that killed
    the boy.
Firstly, how could he not face an charges and secondly what kind of sick f*ck would
    Buy a murder weapon.
I only heard this tonight on a comedy news show, but was really annoyed. Nothing to
Do with gun ownership, but the ease at which you can shoot someone and not even
Face an investigation In to it in America !
Incase anyone doesn't remember the case young Trayvon was a Black kid. It would
Seem that's enough to get killed in some states. In my opinion a truly sickening case.
Once again I can't imagine the racist bast*rd who'd want that gun as a trophy. X-(

Another rained off bank holiday weekend ,I bet 100% of workers who have been stuck in offices ,stuck on trains ect ,are fuming that they have woken up today ,hoping to see a bit of current bun ,only to see that its raining yet again on a public holiday ,but then the idiots in charge can only sit and ponder and scratch their heads as to why all the roads heading to the airports are choc-a-bloc with cars ,
By the way, did I tell you, I was "Mad"?

I'm sat enjoying a coffee In the garden, the weather is fine up here in North Yorkshire, with a dry forecast for the next 2 days. We have friends over from Liverpool this weekend and I fully intend to incinerate some meat in the garden for dinner on my man grill. Of course up here we simply look outside to see what the weathers doing as national forecasts don't cover further north than Northamptonshire.

General question why do women ask you before you've even had breakfast , what you want for
    your evening meal ? :)

That was always a big bone of contention in our house to start any argument ,just as I was always walking out the door to go to work ,"wot do you want for dinner tonight" , Its 6-30 in the morning ,I feel sick as a pig ,I can just about keep my eyes open ,and you want to know what I want to eat in 12 hours time X-(

I think some women are just preconditioned to just say something, anything! You two are lucky I've been married twice and neither wife could cook! In fact my current wife can burn pasta!! Needless to say I don't get asked what I want for dinner (as I do all the cooking) I get what time will you be home? To which I always answer when I've finished work (I'm self employed) and depends on the traffic, this happens three times a week! Life few was much easier with the first wife as before kids I worked away a lot and for indefinite periods of time, and she was a touring singer so this conversations never happened, and that's why it took us so long to realise we didn't really like each other in fact I'm convinced she only liked my house and my role in national security!..... Bitch :D

Cut out the middle-woman and hire a maid, TP :D

Then you can order your meal at any time :))

I have to admit I was a little wary of having a live-in maid but our fabulous gardener/handyman recommended his niece so we took her on trial and nearly two years later she is now like part of the family. Her cookery skills have been passed down through the generations and it's lovely to be able to come home to a clean, tidy home and then order a dinner that takes your fancy.
Yeah, well, sometimes nothin' can be a real cool hand.

The meal is called smalahove, a dinner that's considered a delicacy in the Hardanger region near Bergen. They often feast on it before Christmas :)

    I'll tell you why .....

Because it is the most boring, tedious thing in the world thinking about what to do for the evening meal EVERY, BLOODY DAY .

And I can promise you men out there, that the answer of 'I don't mind' is no help at all !!!! X-( X-( X-(

On a "Girl power" vibe ....

I was amazed to listen to a new BBC radio 4 programme " Paul Sinha's History Revision" about
All the women, men have written out of history ( The Bast*rds ! )
It's available on I player radio and I'd highly recommend it, I learnt a lot. :)

    And another thing .....

When you get asked the question 'What do you want for dinner?' (Tea for Northerners) and you say 'I don't mind' , don't under ANY circumstances do the following ...

    'How about ..... ? '

    'Nah, don't fancy that ... ' X-( X-( X-(

Or, did Eric Clapton's missus really look "Wonderful Tonight" or was it just the 43rd dress she'd tried on and asked him about when they were already an hour and forty minutes late?

Ha - I always insist on the first dress

"That looks perfect - dont even bother trying the other ones"

This usually results in getting to the restaurant / bar quicker and therefore more drinking time :)
