I had to drive through the Dartford tunnel this morning ,its the first time ive driven through it since the took the barriers down ,and you now have to pay online (well its a lot cheaper than having to employ people to collect the tolls).I don't know whos job it is to paint the white lane lines on the tarmac, but a team of chimps on crack ,could have done a better job .I suppose the idiot in charge at the Dept of transport ,will be in for a massive bonus.
I also used the Dartford crossing recently both ways, paid the £5 charge online within 12 hours.
Two penalty notices arrived Friday informing me I had not paid contacted them and they agreed I had paid, but said I had to complete the representation forms and send along with copy of receipt, so they can then decide whether I have to pay the fine of £72.50 x 2.
So make sure you print out a copy of the payment receipt for proof of payment.
Apparently this is not an uncommon problem with this new system.
No I think they have all been made redundant ,So the greedy French owners ,yep we sold it off as well ,wont have to pay out for wages and pensions ect ,but obviously award them selves massive pay rise ,"so what if the English are late for work " pass me another croissant Pierre

Then all those people involved ,can be tried and jailed , I would personally prefer ,tacking them out the back and putting them up against the nearest wall , (it seems to work very well in North Korea )

is being criticized for its failure in its efforts in the solving of rapes in London Well if your going to starve it of millions of pounds and get rid of all its brave boys ,what the bloody hell do you expect X-( but im sure our wonderful leaders can find millions of pounds to send abroad to help them by space ships .
