Dear All,
Thanks to your help I have successfully converted my Polaroid and now just need to finish it off with a replica copy of the x-ray photo Pam takes, does anyone have an image they could post for me to download and print.

Print it on Photoquality paper and cut-out leaving a larger rim on the lower edge...
BTW, you need to adjust to the correct dimensions before printing

I used a translucent red paint from Tamiya as recommended, 3 coats, worked a treat !
Glad it turned out cool,
