Can you drink (alcohol) while playing golf everywhere?

Has anyone been in a golf club where you could NOT drink alcohol while playing or in the driving range?
If you can't trust a Swiss banker, what's the world come to?

My next trip will involve hiding half way down the fairway with a pocket full of golf balls cast in plaster...

You could also retrieve balls from the "lakes" some golf courses have. If the lakes have been picked dry, try the bushes and in the trees. If worse comes to worse, just pick random balls that come your way. Once you've retrieved any and all balls, go up to golfers and sell them some slightly used golf balls.
Minigeff - they don't like you taking a .20 bore shotgun in your golf bag to pop a few rabbits either. Funny lot those serious golfers...

Each unto their own, and no disrespect to anyone who enjoys it, but I tend to agree with Winston Churchill.
As for .20 bores, my preferred method of dispatch would be a brick of C4, you could level half the fairway at the same time, how would you put it? Two birdies with one brick?

That's hard to believe. I sort of just started playing golf and only for the feeling of being outside with others and doing such an activity, it's nice.. And also discovering new golf courses is very attractive.
For those who have been playing golf for a while: if I want to practice certain shots like bunker shots, how do I do that? Because you don't have a lot of time on the golf course..
the driving range should have a practice bunker,, if not find a local course that has,,
