Rumour has it (based on an apparent e-mail from MGM) that a new trailer will be officially released tomorrow at 2:30pm GMT. The trailer is not the IMAX one featured in this topic, it is the one thought to be attached to Total Recall.

This looks like it will be a brilliant film, and the best DC one. It just seems more interesting to me than what the other 2 were.... this could just be wishful thinking, but let's hope it's not, and that we are really onto something here...
The trailer was very visual and action-packed. Beautiful imagery with the chinese dragon parade float too. Still not sure on the young guy as Q though.... but as they acknowledged the strangeness of it (DC's "you must be joking"), the whole situation has maybe grown on me.

I'm a little bit stupid, so just to be clear: the two leaked trailers were the IMAX versions, right? And the one that will be released tomorrow will probably be the one over 3 minutes long?

The two leaked trailers were the same IMAX version. The one released tomorrow is thought to be approx 3 minutes. Here is a preview of the new trailer and it has a dramatic ending.

Cant wait, do we think their will be a third trailer? Or a preview of Newmans Bond theme/New Gunbarrel in the trailer! Or will the theme be absent again as in the previous two movies, i never fully understood the logic behind its absence.

Nice sneak peek, but they clearly showed Bond being shot and falling of the train. Must be the ending of the pre title sequence. 8-)
Well, they show a really crappy plastic dummy falling. Dreadful. Maybe its an homage to the dummys of the older, less grand-scale films of the series.
At least that's how it seems from the clip....
Here is an explanation of how it was probably done, according to a member (The Shark) at another Bond forum.
The shot of Bond falling was done on a green screen set at Pinewood, with Craig falling back on to a crash mat. That would then be composited with a background plate of the gorge taken on the train.

Quite posssibly.
But it still looks like a plastic dummy from the good old days, and I suspect that wasn't the intention of highly-costly CGI, or whatever it's called.
Before I start getting pelters here, I am NOT suggesting Daniel Craig's acting is plastic, nor like a dummy....

A similar technique was used for Jinx's high dive of the fort wall on Isle los Organos in DAD. Halle apparently had an alginate tub made to fit the rear half of her figure, which she laid in while they either flipped her around or the camera rotated round her on a rig. I was told there was a lottery held for who got to do it, as she woulda been in the nud. Nice arse.
As for the Skyfall shot, its not a dummy from what I can see. I'd go with the green screen idea.
Could this be a vairation on TMWTGG, as In some dialogue we're told
Bond has been sent out not prepared or ready to take on the Villain.
Mabey a nod to the Novel.

I hate to make judgments based on trailers, but it looks like Bardem may give us the first really memorable villain in a long, long time. When I think of the early movies its the bad guys I think of.
Although Bardem's character is making the classic error of talking to Bond instead of just killing him.
Officially excited now. Much more impressive than the teaser. Bardem's blonde barnet is terrifying on its own. Looks like Bond will finally have a decent adversary for the first time since Robert Davi.

He does look good though I wished they kept him out of the trailer. Looks like they capture him (Bardem) at some point (no doubt he escapes)
It certainly looks well worth the wait. Part of the appeal is the fact that the clothes don't just look retro -- they are retro, and that gives in my mind a more "classic" quality to the film. At the same time, it look quality action-packed enough to be a modern film. The plot about the drive being missing might just be a ruse to get the Bardem character to make himself vulnerable so Bond can kill him but things go wrong . . . I do like the banter between Bond and Q and as Loeff pointed out, the cuff moment is classic. I've been looking forward to this Bond for a long time. I will say that I agree that Craig's hair could be a little longer and darker, but doubt it'll bother me significantly.

Yes, they'e obviously going for a Doctor Lector vibe.
Sadly, he looks like Dr Ordinary, Max Zorin's scientific sibling.

Lector is exactly what I thought too when I saw him in the cage / prison
Looks like we get to see Bernice in the shower
Well I don't think the plot is too hard to figure out to some point due to the trailer reveal (though we knew it anyhow), we know the train is PTS, we know what happens to Bond on the train and we know M thinks he's brown bread. Im assuming when the 00 Agents get knocked off Bardem assumes 007 is already dead and then he comes back to fix thing
Nice to see the gadget shown in the trailer is nothing too outrageous (so far anyhow) and fits in with Craigs Bond.
Well it seemed like forever that we would be waiting for Skyfall but the months are flying by now

Just saw the "Official" release of the SKYFALL movie trailer #2. It runs 2 mins, 32 secs. The first 17 seconds will get you.
So it is not "M" that dies, but James Bond himself. (wink, wink)
Now my grip. Not happy with Javier Bardem wearing a blond wig. It would have been great for him to have his natural dark hair and look so sexy and suave, but yet evil.
I think they were trying to make him look like "Zorin" played by Christopher Walken in A View To A Kill (1985).

But it's nice to see some of it in Good quality. -{
Could be the end of the movie. That would make all the Henry Cavill fans happy.

There are two different trailers. The one I posted above was the International Trailer.

Anybody notice he adjusts his cuffs when he lands in the half blown up train carriage - very Roger Moore!!

Bit of a let down after the secretive build up.
This looks like it will be amazing.
I may be wrong, but if the train sequence is part of the PTS, then maybe Bonds 'dead' body underwater to lead into the title sequence?
