Sorry I did not mean to offend anyone, I by coincidence ended on your site when I was searching connections between movies and furniture and got all excited that I was not the only one looking beyond just watching the movies.
I guess everyone has there own reasons for liking different movies and their setting. I was trying to link my findings, to benefit others, if you don't want me here, I respect that. Have a nice day.

Sorry S Jr but that's rubbish.
The matter is not that we don't want you here - we don't want spammers here.
Even I with my crappy language did understand that from Hardyboys post.
Welcome to AJB by the way
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
-to continue on positive Bond vibes and furniture...
The most known scene where Bond is surrounded by nice furniture is probable the one from the movie Diamonds are Forever from the Elrod House, designed by John Lautner in Palm Spring California, when he meets Bambi and Thumber.
Steve Rose wrote a nice article about that:

The crater set is unique in the entire movie history, Osatos buildig is futuristic even by todays standards and the office is incredibly well designed so is Henderson's home.

The icon chair in YOLT
during the scene where James Bond meets Tiger Tanaka was up for sale in 2007 for 15.000 pounds.
what about the clothes?
on this site, the same suit as Blofeld's suit sold for 25.200 pounds in 2005

Dear S Jr
I would have thought your post would have been interesting to a lot of people as many people here are interested in the style of James Bond and even go to lengths to source screen seen costumes to wear etc etc. A themed house with styled furniture is a logical progression. I do love some of the furniture especially the office furniture! As a kid I was fascinated with missing buttons from the doors between Moneypenny and M's office.
As with anything there are literally hundereds of areas of interest surrounding James Bond. There used to be many more members on here talking about lots of collecting interests but over the years its just a few people now and the talk is mainly clothing or props.
MORE toys and for S Jr MORE furniture
