The remaining fleming titles

So, every fleming title for a bond novel has been used for a bond film except for 4: The Property Of A Lady, Risico, The Hildebrand Rarity, and 007 In New York.
What are your thoughts on these titles? Would you like them to be used? Do you expect them to be used? Here's my thoughts on each:
The Property Of A Lady - I know this has already sort of been included in some OP dialogue. And I know this was apparently the working title for the 3rd Dalton film that never happened. But anyway, I think it would make a decent title for a bond film. Maybe they could use it for Craig's 4th bond film, in which the head of Quantum is a female (that is if they decide to carry on with the quantum storyline). I think the title is very bond-esque, and would fit in well. I think it will eventually be used.
Risico - Probably less likely to be used, but I still think it will happen one day. Wasn't this the working title for QOS? Anyway, Risico (which is Italian for "Risk") is quite an odd title... but it's also different, and if they can use QOS, then I think they can use this too....
The Hildebrand Rarity - An unusual title, which is probably an acquired taste. I myself quite like it. It sounds kind of intriguing, and I hope (and think) they will use it in the future.
007 In New York - The only title of the 4 that I don't think should be used, and I don't think it will be either. Maybe they could have new york in the title somewhere... that could work... but "007 In New York" itself is obviously not title-worthy.

'Risico' could work, sounds a bit odd though and doesn't make much sense, but there again, does 'skyfall'?
'The Hildebrand Rarity' sounds like an Ealing comedy or one of them crap american vampire series.
And that just leaves
'The Property of a Lady' sounds like the only true contender for a future bond film title. But saying that, it was obviously used in OP.
To be honest, with the reboot, the 50th anniversary stuff and a whole new direction etc etc, I think, and dare I say this, that its probably time now to leave the Fleming influence behind and simply continue the good film making. Let face it, over the years the 'Fleming content' of the films has slowly decreased.

Whatever title's used, it'll have its complainants. If 'Die' finds its way in, it's accused of being unoriginal. If otherwise, it's called nonsensical. I never envy the Bond people this task.
Property of a Lady and The Hildebrand Rarity could also work, but I think they would be more difficult to justify.
I didn't know about that one - I quite like it, and it actually reminds me of one of my own album titles (I'm a songwriter) "Permanent Extinction" - kind of, anyway.... I know Ian Fleming's came first, but I didn't know about it :v
Colonel Sun may have made a good film title (although not Fleming I know). But I guess the title's been used for Grave's villain in DAD, Colonel Tan-Sun Moon or whatever it is
