Michael Winner's said on several occasions he was offered the chance to direct a Bond film in or around 1972. This must mean LIVE & LET DIE. Would anyone have liked to have seen him have bash at a Bond? :( I certainly wouldn't! Guy Hamilton was by far the better one to stick with. Can you imagine Winner's zoom & fish-eye lens imagery? Yuck.
