What day is best for watching a Bond movie?

i don't know about you guys on here, but I always enjoy watching a classic Bond on a Sunday afternoon, I may just be a creature of habit, but usually when it gets to about three and I have had a Sunday Roast, there is nothing better to sitting down to a good Bond movie.

    I enjoy watching a James Bond marathon when it is raining outside like I do film noir.
    When you go to the movie theater to see the new James Bond movie, since GoldenEye (1995), it has been winter cold.
    I like going to the movies when it is hot outside when my bones are warm. I feel more comfortable.
    I don't like watching a James Bond movie when I am cold.

    Anytime really. Often on my iPhone on the underground, or iPad on the plane (I travel a lot).
    If I can't sleep I often put one on in the middle of the night.

    Now that is a perfect way to watch a James Bond movie. No woman nagging at you. Now what you need is for her to go visit her mother for a week to see all the James Bond movies in a comfortable way.

    Any day or night where the next day and night are free of work/obligations. I have trouble enjoying movies as much if I'm going to be up and busy the next day.

    I've noticed my wife leaves the room when I'm watching Bond.
    Even if she's reading a book and not watching anything. :#

    This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

    I always used to watch them on a Saturday night as a kid. My brother and I would rush to get ready and sit on my bed in our PJs with pop and sweets, knowing we had to start at 8pm so we could be finished by 10 when we would have to get ready for bed!

    Nowadays, Sunday afternoons, or even better - bank holiday afternoons.

    As for James362001's remarks, personally I love watching Bond when it is cold outside. Fire on and laid out on the sofa with chocolate! :x
    Relax darling, I'm on top of the situation -{

    Ah, great idea, and it is Bank Holiday tomorrow too. That is me sorted. Now, the only question is....Which one to watch?

    Sunday nights are the best time or whatever nights me and the gf are off and we have Heineken in the fridge, but its interesting what james36 said watching films when its raining out, i only watch Blade Runner when its overcast and rainy, sets the atmosphere perfectly.

    I was going to do a Bond mini-marathon myself , as it was meant to be raining (typical Bank Holiday!) but I've just seen the weather forecast, and it's blazing sunshine all day down here in Kent .................now I'm facing a difficult decision :D I may have to take my laptop into the garden , and watch them outside ..............that'll make the wife happy !! :))

    If anyone has Sky, they are showing a bundle of the early films on Sky Action channel today, so I'd say Bank Holiday is a perfect day for watching Bond -{

    Back when I was single, Saturday afternoons were great to unwind and watch a Bond movie. I would make a special meal (or get one) and sit back and relax. I would go as far as getting Kentucky Fried to watch Goldfinger, or Cajun for Live and Let Die, or something else I felt was movie specific.

    Basically, ANY DAY, as long as you're not required for work. 8-)

    What a brilliant idea! This could start a whole new thread! The possibilities are fantastic:

    Octopussy - curry night
    You Only Live Twice - sushi
    DAF - burgers (with a liberal helping of cheese) :D

    I'd say HAM would be better for DAF. :-)
