Watched it last night for the first time and one little thing reminded me of LTK. When Bond lights the lodge, blowing up the helicopter, then he runs down the secret passage way to the chapel. When the house blows up a huge fireball flies through the tunnel and Bond jumps to the right and quickly hides behind a rock. This reminded me of the scene at the end of LTK when Bond kills Sanchez and quickly hides behind a rock when it blows up. What do you guys think?
Obviously not a nod but I see the similarity. Now that you mentioned it, I am also reminded of the scene in Moonraker where Bond and Holly Goodhead crawl through the air vent tunnel as fast as they can to escape the fireball from Hugo Drax's shuttle as it takes off.

I am definitely in the camp that some if not many or most of these were intentional. I remember similar lists being made for DAD and its 40 year anniversary.
Some I haven't seen yet and forgive me if I missed them:
Dr. No - Q providing Bond with a new gun. I know, I know, "Maj. Boothroyd the armorer," but he IS Q ;-)
Dr. No - Our villain has a handicap, a repeating theme first established with Dr. No's hands.
Dr. No - This is a stretch, but Bond avoiding the scorpion bite reminded me of Connery avoiding the Spider bite.
Thunderball - Again a stretch, but Severine's sex trade tattoo in Macau reminded me of Count Lippe's stake through rectangle - Tong family Red Dragon - tattoo from Macao.
Goldfinger - Q's tone resembles Q from Goldfinger the closest. While Q always expressed his disdain. GF is the first and most clear examples of when he requests that all equipment be returned.
Goldeneye - Former Mi6 Agent seeking revenge.
DAD - Bond shaving as a statement he has returned.
QoS- The emotional scene that shall remain nameless reminded me a lot of the final Mathis scene (and CR for that matter).
I took the name of the agent in Istanbul - 'Ronson' - as a nod to Bond's preferred brand of lighter in the books.

I think I am probably reading too much into it (many things in this thread could fall into that category though ) but when Bond finds out that MI6 has been attacked it is on CNN. I thought it was a direct reference to GoldenEye when M says that we "prefer not to get our news from CNN."
I don't know if it's been mentioned yet (I actually did in a different thread), but the airport scene and the following shots of Bond tailing Patrice definitely seems like they were paying homage to the airport/tailing scenes from Dr. No and FRWL, except this time it was Bond following the bad guy.
Also, Severine was almost the same exact character as Andrea (Maude Adams) from TMWTGG. Mistress of the bad guy, is afraid/scared of the bad guy, "hires" Bond to kill him, sleeps with Bond, gets shot by bad guy.
She (M) returns to her Knightsbridge home to find Bond miraculously alive, and drawn back to service by the call of duty. Her house is 82 Cadogan Square, SW1, at Clabon Mews, between Knightsbridge and Sloane Square. The film sneaks in a tribute to the man responsible for so many classic Bond themes – this was the home of composer John Barry, who died in 2011.
Now during SF court scene, M speaks about her late husband....Was she married to John Barry
John Barry actually lived at 69 Cadogan Square, though!
Which is it? Did he live at 69 and they filmed at 82? I'm going to London this week (and will be in that area) so would like to see the house that we see in SF.
When Tanner says "Luckily we have a few friends left in the CIA" does anyone else think that is a reference to QoS? Bond obviously upset the CIA in that film but by the end Felix kept his job, hence the "Luckily" and "friends" part.

Although they chose not to actually say the line - I bet they felt it was better this way - they implied it but didn't show him saying it.
I'll bet they even filmed it but then decided to take it out during editing.
Well I think the influence from The Dark Knight is obvious...but when I saw the Dark Knight..I thought wow this is a James Bond movie with Bond in a mask. So still waiting for Bond to be influenced by Bond again.
Bond climbing up the lift shaft is an Obvious nod to AVTAK but lacks
some of the tension by not having someone screaming "James " every
five seconds. )
