the OTHER Skyfall Peacoat?

Is it just me, or is there a different peacoat that Bond wears outside of the Shangai sequence? The other peacoat seems to be 3/4 length. Since TF is clothing him, I would assume that this other coat is also TF.

Anyone seen this? Any ideas of what it might be?

I may be wrong, but i think this coat was made exclusively for the film.
