SPOILER: The "scene" with Silva

That scene where Bond says "what makes you think it's my first time?" I get the bisexual overtones, and that Bond, we are to believe, is not bisexual but simply toying with Silva's interest, but I recall thinking in the theater it was also a reference to the torture scene in Casino Royale, where LeChiffre comments on Bond's body with what might be considered more than just ironic observation.

Doesn't Bond in Skyfall also say something about having been tied to a chair before?

Yes, He says something about at least she "M" hasn't tied me to a chair.
Although I do feel Bond is playing along with him. Silva probably expected
a different reaction from Bond, So Bond is trying to keep him off balance.
    Just my two cents. :D

That's what I loved about this scene. Its left completely open for the audience to interpret for themselves.

Bond looks murderous when he is freed from the chair! :v
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

The scene was brought up in the dislikes thread.

I definitely think it was Bond wittily referencing his comments to LeChiffre about scratching his balls when he was tied to the chair. Silva didn't know of this event of course, so he was surprised by Bond remaining light on his feet in a normally uncomfortable situation. Bond had a good response to the amusing new detail he learned about Silva right there.

For those paying attention, it could definitely have sounded as if he was specifically alluding to his naked torture by LeChiffre (with whom he also joked about the homoerotic nature of LeChiffre choosing to "scratch" Bond's private area).

I don't really think we are supposed to interpret it as Bond being open to Silva or past men, or just simply saying a line to surprise Silva with coy sharing.
