    Thanks for posting the link. It has always kind of bothered me that Connery does not really seem to be a Bond fan. I dont know why, he was definitely a great Bond. One thing that endeared me to Brosnan was that it seemed like he was a fan as well as being the guy playing Bond. Then again, he is an actor so who knows. :D

    I think had he grown up with the films, like Brosnan and the rest of us have, he would have become a fan. But as he was the first Bond in the first Bond film, he only had the books to either like or not. And the books in themselves, I don’t think, have the same power to make people Bond fans compared with the films.
