Is Quantum going to be the modern SPECTRE?

Since Daniel Craig has taken over as Bond and the franchise has been rebooted again, will the new terrorist organisation known as Quantum going to be the modern day version of SPECTRE? If this is the case is Mr Green going to be like Blofeld and change appearance and disappear for a fe films before getting killed off cheaply? I hope not as I feel the producers can go many places with Quantum and I do not think Mr Green is the head of the organisation but does anyone else have any ideas?

    I hope to see the Quantum organization again, but i dont think Green will reappear that would be silly as he is dead, however Mr White seemed a great villain, a real nasty piece of work who i hope to see in the future as i believe he is a great nemesis for Bond and MI6.

    I wouldn't be surprised if Mr. White makes one last appearance, myself.

    Agree Mr White could be a great nemesis for DC's Bond. It would be a waste not to bring Quantum back as at the end of QoS Green says that he told Bond what he wanted to know about Quantum so there our leads to work. Bond bringing down Quantum over the next two films could be a good way for Craig to sign off after 5 films?

    This might sound contradictory, but while I would love to see the return of Mr. White, I don't want to see the return of Quantum. The word itself has a bad connotation now due to QoS's lackluster reception, so I doubt the producers will bring it back explicitly. Perhaps "Quantum" could be a code-name for a section of a larger organization.

    I always had the impression Mr White wasn't the big cheese, but someone senior to Dominic Greene.

    I'd personally love to see some old school set design come in, like the SPECTRE get together in TB, sparky chairs n all :))
