    You mean pre-title sequence?
Tough question, my one changes every week but atm, its Tomorrow never dies arms bazaar scene which has Brosnan's Bond escaping in a jet plane with nuclear missiles. It will probably change when I see Skyfall.

I agree Tomorrow Never Dies has the best Bond Pre-Title Sequence.

Probably the highlight of the film, ae?
I care little for TND, by then the Bond formula was getting old and tired, glad that CR decided to shake it up and make it different like QOS and SF have done.
Other pre-titles worth a mention are TSWLM, TLD, TWINE and GF...

    TLD, definitely.
Dalton & Connery rule. Brozz was cool.

GE is good, but the corny airplane stunt ruins it for me

TLD by a mile. Not only is it it a great, exciting pre-titles sequence, but it serves as the perfect intro to Dalton's Bond. It's actually my favorite introducing-a-new-Bond-actor sequence.

My fave PTS's are FYEO, OP, GE, TND and TWINE. OP in particular - love that Acrostar Jet!! :007)

Casino Royale, just gave Bond new life with Bond been the brutal killer and i just loved that it shut up the Craig bashers straight away. Plus it leads into the best Bond song and credits

    Another vote for TLD. :))
    Simply brilliant sequence.

The Spy Who Loved Me gets my vote. Wonderful ski chase sequence followed by the best stunt of the entire series with the Union Jack parachute. Not forgetting Bond 77. Classic.

Other favourite's include Goldfinger, Thunderball, On Her Majesty's Secret Service (until George mentions the other fella), Moonraker (until Jaws appears wearing parachute), Octopussy, The Living Daylights, The World Is Not Enough and Skyfall.

The Spy Who Loved Me - Union Jack parachute was classic Bond and love the Carly Simon title song that follows.

    Other standouts for me are

The Living Daylights - Great intro for Dalton

Licence To Kill - Loved the whole parachuting to Felix's wedding

Casino Royale - Fantastic debut for Craig, didnt like the theme song though.

Moonraker - Cheesy but i like this and the title song from Bassey.

    2. GE
    3. CR
    4. SF
    5. TWINE

It's interesting that being a great 60's Bond fan none of the PTS makes it into my top five.
And I actually think FRWL has the best of the 60's.

I think Goldeneye has one of the strongest openings in the series, though the rest of the film doesn't quite live up. Goldfinger, LALD, and CR are also very strong. I'll have to watch Skyfall again, but I find it very impressive as well.
It's all right. It's quite all right, really. She's having a rest. We'll be going on soon. There's no hurry, you see. We have all the time in the world.

Defiently Skyfall, for just piling it high with action.

The PTS was a little notion that kept getting perfected; it hit stride in TSWLM IMO.

I don't see why people don't think Skyfall's one should be number 1 or 2

I was left a little flat by Skyfalls PTS, poss due to the trailors etc. It didnt excite me much knowing what was going to happen

Complete blackout on the next Bond film for me I think though its near impossible

It's not impossible. I avoided ALL trailers before seeing SF. After I saw it, I watched the trailers out of curiosity and I'm glad I avoided them. You are right. They showed way too much.

I could have avoided the trailors however just flicking on the TV showed stuff I wish hadnt lol

Yeah the trailors showed far too much. I think will skip them next time around though its hard after waiting years lol

I love OP, TSWLM and AVTAK (minus the beach boys). All the Brosnan ones were good, fave is probably TWINE.

Apart from TB, the Connery PTS's don't seem so memorable to me.

Goldfinger, closely followed by The Living Daylights.

    5. Octopussy -- Fun little opening sequence with one of the coolest jets I've ever seen: the Acrostar.

    4. The Man With The Golden Gun -- Scaramanga kills an unfortunate thug in his fun-house during what is arguably the best scene in the entire movie.

    3. The Living Daylights -- A training-op gone wrong turns into a fast-paced struggle on an explosive runaway truck, all brilliantly set to the tune of John Barry.

    2. The Spy Who Loved Me -- Yep, they still haven't topped that stunt... :D

    1. Moonraker -- Freefall without a chute! Somewhat ruined by Jaws, sure, but absolutely brilliant in every other way.

Honorable mentions to: Goldfinger, OHMSS, The World Is Not Enough
"The secret agent. The man who was only a silhouette..." -- Ian Fleming, Moonraker

    1) The Spy Who Loved Me 2) On Her Majesty's Secret Service 3) GoldenEye 4) Casino Royale 5) Goldfinger

    Goldeneye, followed closely by QoS

TLD, QoS (despite the fact I really dislike the rest of the film, I loved the PTS), TSWLM, CR, and GF are the top five in no particular order. GE and OHMSS were both going terrifically until the freefall to the airplane and the line about "the other fellow", respectively. TWINE also comes very close to making the list, but just misses it due to length/not really feeling like a PTS.
By the way, are you gonna eat that?

    SKYFALL SPOILER!!

For me, I didn't saw any 'new' action. It wasn't bad but the crappy computer effects ruined this for me. I liked it that Bond got shot by his own crew though.

You only live twice (i think because i saw this a lot when growing up)
    GoldenEye
The world is not enough (because it is long and different.. good action starting with ..ice cubes..)
From russia with love.. i like the atmosphere and the idea of bond being killed while it isn't
