While I am sure that MGW & BB have the greatest respect for Sir Roger, a dedication would set a precedent. They would later have to have dedications for Sir Sean and the other Bonds and perhaps they wouldn't want that.

Well, they did it for Desmond Llewelyn in the VHS/DVD releases of TWINE. (We are talking about a "in loving memory of" line in the end credits, right?

Desmond was actually in TWINE and it was his last movie, while TND was the first Bond movie after Cubby's passing and was produced by his own family. Different cases; I still doubt if RM will receive a dedication.

My favorite scene in TMWTGG is when they are in that car and they drive on that bridge and do that awesome car flip and roger Moore is very funny in this movie I love roger Moore because he has grade A entertainment in all 7 of his bond movies thats what I like about him he's fun to watch to me
1. For Your Eyes Only - My favourite Bond of all time, does just about everything right. It's not silly, it has Moore at his best, great locations, realistic plot, great characters, top notch action and a great score
2. The Spy Who Loved Me - Another great Bond film that many claim to be his best. This film does a lot right and it is terrific, but it is only really let down by some silly moments and the long tanker scene
3. Octopussy - Quite silly compared to FYEO, but it has a lot of great moments. I liked the plot, location and action scenes, and it would have been higher had it not been for the tarzan yell and bond sleeping with Magda for no reason
4. Moonraker - I really like this one, it's a lot of fun and the only issues I have with it are the space scenes dragging, and the plot not being revealed until far into the movie
5. Live And Let Die - This one has always been quite low on my list, but only because I don't find it incredibly memorable. The boat chase goes on way too long as do many scenes in the Guy Hamilton directed films, but it is still a good bond film
6. The Man With The Golden Gun - This was always my least favourite Moore film, until recently. This feels tired, underwhelming with a terrible main bond girl, a villain who does not have much to do with his part, one of my least favourite Moore performances, and long chases that have no relevance to the main plot. It is average, but nothing more
7. A View To A Kill - Man... this has dropped the most. It used to be high on my RM rank, and while this film has elements that could have made it one of the best bond films, Roger Moore is way too old, looks off and is no longer convincing as James Bond. It feels like he was on auto-pilot the entire time. I do like Roberts and love the villains but everything just feels empty and depressing, like a tired bond film. I do like how it was heading into a darker direction, that Dalton should have been a part of
Interesting times here in America. Decided to go for some comfort and revisit the first Bond film I saw in the theatre as a seven year old in 1979. God bless Sir Roger Moore. BEYOND what the Doctor ordered. They say you never forget your first! Moonraker blew my mind and launched me into the world of 007. AMAZING. John Barry, my god the women! It will always be my favorite. Love them all and all of the actors but holy Roger. Forever grateful...you set my mind on fire! Much respect and love out to all of you guys. There's a lot of history to enjoy until we finally get to November! Stay tight!
