That being said, I really wish we had the kind of poster art today like they did in the 70's and 80's; big bombastic collages of 007 swarmed with beautiful girls and explosions. The Skyfall posters left a lot to be desired...

I really like some of those posters...I could see them being used as covers for Fleming's books...a couple don't 'work' but most are evocative -{

You Only Live Twice, The World Is Not Enough, and Quantum of Solace are my favorites there.

Definitely look like good Criterion Collection covers or book covers, as mentioned above.

Its been a busy day! With the posters hit Reddit, email blew up with a whole new batch of interested poster buyers today! I've been trying to get all the orders previously placed finalized/processed to know what quantities are left over. We were trying to keep the numbers at 50 total for each poster. (50 years of Bond get it?).

Payments can be sent now but and are due no later than December 7th.

FRWL is also good. The OHMSS also looks nice, but it reminds me more of a vintage tourism poster for a skiing resort than a thriller.

I think there are more iconic images in SKYFALL than most new Bond movies, making it rich material for artists.
