Obviously Richard Keil cannot play him anymore, but if they got another tall Actor to play him then it might be just as good.

As for a return? The answer from me is no. There have been enough nods to the past in recent films. Time to move on and create a new memorable henchman or woman.
That's not to say I don't like characters like jaws, oddjob and Scaramanga etc, I just think their days have passed and things really should go in a brand new direction.
I truly believe originality is the key to a successful bond future.

I enjoyed him in TSWLM, But as others have pointed out
those days have passed.
Didn't feel right with him facing off against Brosnan's 007 and I imagine it would
feel 10000 more wrong facing Danny Craig's Jimbo.
I wouldn't complain if Blofeld returned, but other than that, I say introduce a new, memorable Bond villain.
He is a relic from, in my opinion, some of the worst films in the series

I still like the idea of odd henchmen (the oddest recent one being that scarred wall crawler from Casino Royale), even if Jaws has had his day.

Can't see how such a character could possibly sit in the tone & style of the last 3 movies.
Kiel was great though, The character was also very well written the silent giant henchman was really different at the time and he looked like a legitimate threat to Bond.
The end of Jaws though was terrible, Him falling in love completely ruined him
MR wouldn't exactly have been a masterpiece without him. Its a very flawed film that was just rushed out to leach off of the success of Starwars, and it shows. But yeah he didnt make it any better.
I definitely don't think they should start recycling characters. Surely some good writers could come up with some new interesting henchmen.

I don't think a steel-mouthed henchman with the strength to tear a van apart with his bare hands is appropriate for Craig's Bond, but some kind of good henchman is. There's hardly a dearth of 7 foot tall men out there, and anyone who can make Daniel Craig seem diminutive and absorb his blows could make for some nice fight scenes. It would also better follow Craig's style of using brutality and improvised weapons in a fight: Moore seemed to take Jaws on most of the time simply by hitting him in the balls or kicking him in the stomach, and Jaws took the shots way too hard to seem appropriately menacing.
Also, make him fast. Jaws was plain lumbering, and often never pursued anyone beyond a jog or a walking speed. A lot of people forget that muscle makes you faster, so someone strong enough to take blows and knock a guy across the room will also often be very fast to close in and punch.
