Interesting. Here, if I correctly remember from school, TV seasons came about to schedule viewing availability of most people with the consideration that there's less TV viewing during our summer, but now that's been further tweaked to account of low viewership during the winter holidays and even during the months of sports championship finals, so there's the splitting of a season into 2 parts, or even mulitple seasons in a year. Big business is a big influence on life here.

I really like BC and think he could have made an interesting Bond but I do think he's already too well known and will be even bigger by time Craig is ready to hand over the role.
All I know is that after the left of field casting of Craig, I wouldn't rule anyone out for the Bond role now.
