I thought with the reboot the producers would try for a bit more continuity
in the actors ( that's if the story isn't just a bit of journalistic naval gazing ) )
"I've been informed that there ARE a couple of QAnon supporters who are fairly regular posters in AJB."
Gunbarrel at the start of the film.
The old office from the end of Skyfall make a return.
Good dialogue between M and Bond.
Stunning locations that are nice and colourful.
Real stunts
Bond searching a hotel room for hidden microphones and telephone bugs
Bond fighting a battle with an army or group of people. (Since the Brosnan days, he's become a one man army. Let's have a big battle like YOLT TSWLM GF, TB etc)
Good use of the James Bond theme.
Bond on a classic mission, not anything to do with former MI6 agents. Just Bond v's a villain and his self greed.
Don't want to see:
A personal revenge story
Lines about Bond's ego
Lines about Bond's relationship with women being bad
Too much of London
MI6 being over used
M to be as whiny as Judy Dench was
Lines about Bond's flaws
Silly OTT gadgets

Definitely. You are describing a classic Bond movie, and that's what I want too!

I'd quite like the lead Bond girl to be a fellow 00-agent. It'd provide some nice sparky dialogue exchanges with 007. Emily Blunt or Rebecca Hall would be two good choices.

Things I would like to see
Jeffrey Wright to return as Felix leiter
The story to involve Mr White in some part of the plot.
Bond to carry out a job in disguise (prostethics)
My Wifes request not mine Daniel in is Naval Uniform.
Not See
M with a gun
Ireland as a location, no offence emerald Isle just we need exotic after the grey London in Skyfall.
Bond smoking an E-cig
A female bond sleeps with dying - Seen this in CS, QOS and SF time for a change
WANT to see:
- Original, well-executed action scenes. Something we've never seen before in a Bond film.
- Humour and self-awareness, although nothing terribly goofy or over-the-top.
- Strong female characters who don't end up dead and/or secretaries.
- Theme song performed by Arcade Fire. -{
DO NOT WANT to see:
- Blofeld or SPECTRE.
- References to previous Bond films, especially Goldfinger, or any related 1960's necrophilia.
"The secret agent. The man who was only a silhouette..." -- Ian Fleming, Moonraker
1) The Spy Who Loved Me 2) On Her Majesty's Secret Service 3) GoldenEye 4) Casino Royale 5) Goldfinger
Female baddie is going to happen; maybe Blofeld's mother - sets up future story line or Blofeld will be a female.
Female Blofeld would be interesting, admittedly. But still, I'd much sooner see Bond take on a slew of brand new villains as opposed to one recurring villain over the course of several films.

This especially. On a related note, I'm done with Bond movies where 007 goes rogue/gets disbarred by MI6. Any more of this nonsense and he might as well be James Bond P.I.

Once or twice is okay, three times is pushing it. Any more and it'll get used in Austin Powers movies.
Want to see:
Bond skiing and/or diving in full gear.
Bond mountain climbing (long time no see)
Bond in a training exercise as in TLD PTS.
Blond girl that isn't a scientist, or wants revenge, or does kung fu, or is a double agent... More like Kara Milovy of TLD, the archetypical damsel in distress.
Arctic Monkeys doing the title song.
Don't want to see:
Bond tortured (after DAD/CR I had enough for ten movies)
Another Julian Assange-like villain (you know, only bad guys hack government secrets)
After Trevelyan, Miranda Frost, Silva, etc, I think we've seen every conceivable variable of that scenario. I would, however, love to see another anti-Bond hitman/assassin a la Francisco Scaramanga; a character with the same skills and capabilities as Bond, but firmly entrenched on the other side...

True. We've seen so many variations of rogue agents, Bond's psychology treatments, M's kidnap/murder, terrorist attacks of MI6, that an actual return to the old formula would be fresh.
I for one would love to see TMWTGG properly made and enhanced like CR was (without Sheriff Pepper, flying cars, car flips and the like), focusing on Bond versus Scaramanga. As remakes are not possible (yet), I like the Bond hit-man mirror idea.

Same here; just a straight up cat-and-mouse Bond thriller would be a welcome change of pace. Aside from the general silliness of Golden Gun, the major problem was that they tacked on the whole "solex agitator" plot, which was totally unnecessary & drew away from the whole Bond vs. Scaramanga dichotomy. I want to see a formulaic Bond film as much as anybody else, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a "take over the world" premise.

Personally I love all three of those things, not the least of which is Sheriff Pepper. It's the slide-whistle that can sod off! )

I wouldn't mind seeing a competent hitman working for the main villain who appears frequently throughout the movie trying to pick off Bond. Someone in the mould of Necros from TLD perhaps but with more formidable skills. Bonus points if there's a scene of him using a sniper rifle against Bond, similar to the scene in the first Bourne film.

He or she will be introduced; though not necessarily taking the lead 'baddie' role.

Considering that they're planning on continuing the themes established in Skyfall, I'm expecting more of this. X-(
