What about Katheryn Winnick? She has been on some TV shows (Vikings, Bones) and is rather good. She also is competitive in Judo and has won some titles in Canada.
I think I have let everybody down by not posting any suggestions for Bond Girls for a long time. I will try to amend this.
Amrita Acharia (24) has a very colourful upbringing. She is of Nepalese/Ukrainian heritage (you don't meet many of them ) and grew up in Ukraine and in a Scandinavian country I may have mentioned too often on this forum. Now she lives in and works out of London.
She has worked on Dead Snow, Cassualty and other movies and TV shows, but you are most likely to have seen her on Game of Thrones. Amrita plays a lady in waiting to Daenerys Targenyen. She is just 5' 2'' (157 cm) tall, so there is little danger of her being too tall. As well as being easy on the eye, she has a gereric look that makes her able to play a wide range of etnicities.
I suggest Lupita Nyong'o again. She has doen very well lately (12 Years a Slave, SW: The Force Awakens, The Jungle Book), but she hasn't been given the chance to shine in a glamourous role yet.
The list of Awards is impressive: Oscar win, Golden Globes nomination, BAFTA nominations etc.
Give it a couple of years, I think Sophie Turner could be a good Bond girl (as I said, give it a few years).
Also, Kae Alexander (Bad Education, Game of Thrones) kind of reminds me of a young Michelle Yeaoh, so if they ever wanted a Bond girl like Wai Lin again, in a couple of years, she'd be great.

Qi Shu from Taiwan is a good candidate. She stars in the acclaimed movie "Assassin" ("Nie yin niang" - 2015) and got good reviews for it. She is 40 years old, so she is age apropriate if Craig returns.
To repeat myself: Qi Shu seems to be a perfect candidate. Strikingly beautiful, gets a ton of Asian awards, jury member at Cannes and the Berlinale, little known in the rest of the world (even if she was in "The Transporter" in 2000) and handles action well.
As a big Game of Thrones fan (one who greatly enjoys whenever a Bond alumni appears on the show), let's consider the two biggest female stars on the show as potential future Bond girls.
Sophie Turner:
Emilia Clarke:
These two are venturing into Hollywood already with several high-profile roles between them which is why I picked them. In the era of modern Bond, acting skills as well as physical attractiveness is increasingly important when it comes to Bond girls. I believe Turner is the better actor between the two. Of course, this is all theoretically quite a few years down the line unless they cast a very young actor as the next Bond.
I have written in the past that too many Bond girls during Craig's tenure have been French brunettes. Just to show you how consitant and principled I am - here is my next Bond girl suggestion: )

Apparantely bookies have Margot Robbie as the favorite at the moment.
But then again, the opinion of Bookmakers on these matters really come down to mere speculation. I find Margot Robbie a choice I'd be intrested in to see though!
Thsi is South-Korean actress Woo-hee Chun. She is thirthy years old, has several national and regional award wins and stars in the independent hit The Woman of No Name last year. she is the type of actress I prefer to see in a Bond movie: a stunning and talented woman who may be a star in her own country, but a fresh face for the global audience.
Asian women who don't look middle aged have a strong tendency to look horribly young. As a result this actress seems far too young for Craig even thought she is thirty. She should wait for the next Bond actor.
Josefine Frida Pettersen is one of the stars of Norwegian hit show SKAM. It's probably the coolest European young adult show today, and it's not unlikely a character in HBO's Girls "stole" her look this season. On Weibo, "Chinese Twitter", the SKAM group had 210 million readers by January 1, 2017.
Josefine is just 20, so I think Craig should keep his hands off, but the next Bond should be aware of her:
Lily Cole has done well both as an actress and as a model, but she hasn't been in a big action/adventure movie yet. Now she's 32, a good age for a Bond girl and she has a striking look.

That look is very “action Bond Girl” or villain henchwoman—I like it.

Given all the talk lately about Jane Bond, I'd love to see Gillian Anderson as a
more mature leading lady or .............. Felicity Leiter
Also, Kae Alexander (Bad Education, Game of Thrones) kind of reminds me of a young Michelle Yeaoh, so if they ever wanted a Bond girl like Wai Lin again, in a couple of years, she'd be great.

Only if Tom Hiddleston gets the Bond role!
Although once they went the Hallie Berry route, I always thought Angelina Jolie would be on the list. Got a small taste with Mr. & Mrs. Smith.
