a few questions about Licence to Kill

I know there's some hardcore LTK fans on here that could probably help me out with some questions about the film:

1. Miscommunication between Bond and Pam: She was meeting Heller at the same time that Bond was planning to assassinate Sanchez. How could they have not co-ordinated this better ?

2. Dario is conveniently absent during most of the film, probably because he could easily identify Bond. So where did Dario go? Such a great henchman I wish he had more screen time.

3. How did Heller find out Bond's real identity? "You're not gonna believe who this guy is!"

4. So Heller changed his mind about stealing the stingers? He was loading them from the forklift onto the helicopter. Sanchez catches him red-handed but Heller's excuse is he is checking to see if they are secure.
Why would this make sense?

5. Why did Sanchez order an overhaul on Pam's airplane? Was she under suspicion? Because she was seen with Bond in the casino?

6. How did Pam arrive at the meditation center ? It looked like she hitched a ride in the back of a truck, but then during their escape she does indeed have an airplane. (where did she get it?)

7. How did Heller drive up unnoticed in a Sherman tank outside the Hong Kong hideout? Seems like the Ninjas would have heard the small army assembling outside in their driveway!

8. Why does Bond negotiate so much with Pam about money? Bond has just stolen millions from Sanchez and it seems he would not be stingy with it. Kind of like the deleted scene where Bond buys the charter boat for $200,000 on the spot.

9. Why would M offer Bond his job back? I would think Bond would be on trial for murder and Mi6 would condemn his actions. Q would also be implicated for aiding this rogue agent on a rampage.
My current 10 favorite:

1. GE 2. MR 3. OP 4. TMWTGG 5. TSWLM 6. TND 7. TWINE 8.DN 9. GF 10. AVTAK

1 - She didn't know what he was going to do.

2 - Doing stuff. Clearing up loose ends in Florida. There would have been loads.

    3 - Channels.

4 - He wasn't caught doing anything as such. Bond planted the seed of doubt.

    5 - Yes.

6 - She took it from the same air strip that her plane was being ripped apart. You see her considering it as she looks at the plane on the runway.

7 - Tanks are designed to be stealthy.

8 - You give her too much and she's likely to just up and run with the cash. You can't be a pushover in negotiating. She wouldn't give him respect for doing that. He needs her onside.

9 - He's M's top agent. And you need it all tied up so they can make the next film. You can't have perfection in a movie. It's impossible.

I love LTK. I loved it in 1989 and I still love it now.

I was going to take apart those questions before I saw that Asp had covered all the bases.
Incidentally, LTK is absolutely badass. Bond, for no reason other than to avenge his friend, delves into a terrifying underworld and does a job that needs to be done except no one else has the balls to do it.
Although the film has a slightly unfinished feel because of the writers' strike, and maybe an insufficient budget, I think it's still among the series' best films.
